French speaking

We are looking for a French speaking Senior Billing assistant for our Client in Gloucester. You would be working for an established, reputable organisation that has an outstanding track record of delivery and growth.

This role is to deliver customer billing requirements in a professional manner ensuring customer satisfaction is continually maintained improved where possible.

The role would include:

Implementation of large or non standard customers into the billing system

Liaising with customers an partnering with the sales/operations implementation teams to ensure successful roll out for the customers

Preparing reports

Global billing co-ordination, ensuring all revenue is billed correctly to the customer and working closely with the US billing team

The ideal candidate will need to have a min of 3 CSE or GCSE grades A-C (English Maths to be 2 of those)
Experience within Customer Services
Advanced keyboard skills
advanced Excel skills
Supervisory experience would be an advantage but not essential

Salary: £18,000 + £1800 annual bonus (free parking, discounted gym membership, pension)
