The responsibilities of the French/German Speaking Business Travel Consultant are as follows: You will help develop your accounts and ensure best practices are kept up; You will resolve problems that may arise; You will also be hands on performing the day to day activities of business travel including flights, hotels, car hire on Sabre GDS; You will be excellent at customer service and dealing with clients over the phone or face to face.
The skills required for the French/German Speaking Business Travel Consultant Agent role are: At least four years solid experience within business travel; Excellent knowledge of either Galileo or Sabre; He/she will have experience dealing with bookings from start to finish; You will have knowledge in Nett and Published fares and be able to think quickly.
