Fresh Graduates Program
Level I
- Fresh Graduate with a degree preferably in nursing informatics, IT or foreign languages or any other graduate candidates.
- Minimum of 0-2 years experience in clinical support application
- Basic knowledge of healthcare industry required
- Ability to take direction from middle- and senior-level staff
- Customer service orientation is required
- Ability to communicate effectively with clinical and information technology personnel verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish and build strong relationships
- Ability to speak and write in English is required
- Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic is preferred
- Health care industry experience is preferred
Level II
- Minimum of two to four (2-4) years experience in clinical support application
- Basic knowledge of healthcare industry required; familiarity with clinical and administrative hospital functions and departments preferred
- Familiarity with various programming and clinical application reporting tools
- Ability to perform independently and manage workload appropriately
- Ability to work with servers and apply software upgrades
- Customer service orientation is essential
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clinical and information technology personnel verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish and build strong relationships
- Ability to speak and write in English is required
- Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic is preferred
- Health care industry experience is preferred
Level III
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in clinical support application
- Expert knowledge of health care industry regulations that affect a variety of clinical and financial departments, including JCAHO, CAP, Rate Setting and HCFA
- Proficiency in various programming and clinical application reporting tools
- Ability to lead and direct server-related projects and software upgrades
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and backup procedures
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clinical and information technology personnel verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish and build strong relationships
- Ability to speak and write in English is required
- Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic is preferred
- Health care industry experience is preferred
