FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATOR

The Pitch is seeking an outgoing, personable and dedicated individual to work in the main reception area as the Front Desk Administrator. You will be the voice of The Pitch to the outside world to include current and prospective clients, employees and corporate office staff.
The ideal candidate MUST be able to handle a very busy switchboard, weekly assignments with time-sensitive tasks, and special projects as they arise. Computer literacy in Word, Excel and Internet with a strong desire to learn is a definite plus. You must work well with others, and present a professional, friendly face to our readers and advertisers. Hours M-F, 9a – 5:30p.
