Our client provides software and information to support researchers in their everyday work, with the ultimate aim of making science more productive through the use of technology. They are looking for a talented Front End Developer to join a small team - someone who is confident, a quick learner and passionate about working on cutting-edge projects.
Your skills:
- Fluent in Javascript, CSS and related web technologies
- Demonstrable experience in building great user interfaces, prototyping and testing new ideas
- Familiar with modern developments in front-end frameworks and languages such as Backbone.js and CoffeeScript
- A thorough understanding of web standards, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility and mobile browser capabilities
You will be:
- A tenacious and creative problem solver
- Hard-working, able to deconstruct hard problems into small, achievable fragments and focus on delivery
- Opinionated yet pragmatic
