Front End Developer - UI / UX - .NET - HTML5 - CSS2 - JQuery - AJAX Client Facing - User Experience
My client is a cutting-edge, leading provider of outsourced e-commerce solutions and they are looking for a talented Front-End Developer to join their growing team! The company is headquartered in Carson and will be opening up an Engineering office in Santa Monica in the next few months.
If you are a Front End Developer with a passion for excellent user experience please read on!
What you'll be doing:
• Find solutions for cross browser issues in both HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
• Convert PSD/JPG/GIF's into clean and easy to maintain (X)HTML, and CSS 2
• Create intuitive, robust, and reusable user interfaces with JavaScript
• Participate in the design and development of new UI functionality for web applications
• Integrate work directly into .NET pages
What you'll need:
• Strong knowledge of JQuery, Javascript, ASP.Net, C#, AJAX, CSS, cascade style sheets, HTML, HTML5, XML, XHTML, DHTML, web 2.0, SQL, MSSQL, .Net Programming
• Strong knowledge of XHTML and CSS2 to create tableless websites that adhere to web standards
• Strong JavaScript OOP skills and ability to write JavaScript with and without use of libraries
• Experience with AJAX technologies and techniques
• Familiarity with development in a .NET environment
• Ability to work well within a team of Designers, Project Managers and other Developers
• Excellent Communication Skills
It would be awesome if you also had:
• Experience with SEO
• Intermediate skills in Photoshop. Cutting up PSD's and optimizing images
• Quick turnaround for small issues
• Working with a team to do design, redesign, and development of new websites
• Implementing Web 2.0 functionality and upgrading current sites
