Front End Development Team Lead Job in Melbourne 3000, Victoria Australia

PHP Development Team Lead with 5 years + experience including 2 years as a Team Lead - HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript skills required ASAP in Melbourne for contract role with view to go permanent. You will have experience leading development teams.

You need to be an energetic, dynamic and collaborative team leader with great communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for digital and pride in the quality of your work.

Selection Criteria:

Tertiary qualifications in a computing related field and significant industry experience in web development is essential.

Superior PHP Development experience (Including frameworks like Zend, Symfony etc) HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills, including working with third party APIs, with experience implementing complex designs across multiple platforms and browsers in a high traffic environment.

Industry experience building enterprise-grade applications in PHP environments. PHP experience should include predominantly object oriented PHP5 with some experience working within standard frameworks (Zend/Kohana/Symfony preferred).

Demonstrated experience leading technical development throughout the full lifecycle of analysis, developing, implementation and support to ensure achievement of milestones and goals, with extensive experience designing both frontend and backend solutions.

Ability to collaborate effectively using well-developed interpersonal, strong oral and written communication skills and proven ability to convey or translate complex technical information to target audiences is essential.
