If you are a Front End developer with client support experience, please read on!
What you need for this position:
- 2-4 years of web-based technical experience
- 1 year of customer support experience preferred
- Work-related project management experience
- Must be professional, highly motivated and able to thrive in a multi-task environment
- Ability to maintain a high level of professional demeanor working with clients
- Attention to detail
- Experience working with third-party vendors and third-party web products
- Comfortable and experienced working in a team environment or working individually
- Able to meet project deadlines with minimal supervision
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related experience
What you'll be doing:
- Build websites using ColdFusion, D/X/HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Perform coding, testing, documentation and implementation of websites including cross-browser compatibility, accessibility and search engine optimization
- Provide ideas to improve client websites and other web related products
- Manage time sensitive website updates in a fast paced environment
- Provide web knowledge and support for internal and external clients with varying levels of technical understanding
- Be a mentor for team members, assisting with the development of technical and customer service skills, including training
- Manage special projects, including project scope, implementation and on-time delivery
- Recommend process improvements and product enhancements to Management
- Complete quality assurance for client websites and new product releases
- Create Flash/HTML applications using existing system tools
- Work on multiple projects concurrently
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
