Virgin Media are one of the largest telecommunications companies in the UK and are committed to providing products and services of the very highest quality to their customers.

We are currently looking for Front Line Advisor's to join the expanding team in the Virgin Media offices based in Sheffield.

To provide a highly skilled telephone based support function for Virgin Media Business customers, specifically Small Medium Business customers. Ensuring the dedicated customer service related needs of this customer sectors are met, promoting a Simply Brilliant approach to customer service and ensuring customer loyalty.

As a Front Line Advisor you will provide a single point of contact for all customers using Virgin Media Business billing engines to provide explanations of billing scenarios, providing audits, tariff changes and re-rates where required as well as proactively manage and prioritise incoming enquiries across the varying media – phone, fax, email, letter and any other channels used by customers.

Effective communication is key to being successful in this role. Excellent time management skills along with fantastic attention to detail are critical so, if you’re enthusiastic and passionate about working for a market leader then you’ll make a welcome addition to the team!
