Front of House Assistant
Sheffield
My client is an upmarket law firm in Sheffield that deal in commercial law.
They are looking for a highly professional and personable Front of House Assistant to join the Facilities department. The hours of work are 45 per week, between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
Greeting internal and external clients
Ordering taxis for clients by contacting our local providers, logging information on a database and dealing with invoices
Organising the car park and dealing with visitor and staff parking issues
Organising dry cleaning for staff and money management
Organising the car cleaning contractor and money management
Operation of the CCTV system
Issuing building keys and maintaining the log book
Dealing with security issues
Ensuring emergency procedures are up to date
Compiling basic reports for the Facilities Manager
Working with the Facilities Manager and Assistant on fire evacuations
Contacting contractors in emergencies (breakdowns, floods, etc)
Dealing with general enquiries
The Person
Excellent customer service experience and skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to deal professionally with employees and external clients at all levels
Organised with good attention to detail
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Smart and professional
You must have worked in a similar role and environment
