Front of House Receptionist for growing Woking company! Job in Woking, Home Counties Uk
Well presented, professional Receptionist required for rapidly growing, entrepreneurial company at their impressive new Woking offices.
This is a fantastic role for someone articulate, bright and dedicated to join an exciting business in a pivotal position within the company, as the Receptionist acts as the first point of contact for clients. Immaculate presentation, a customer focused attitude and outstanding communication skills are essential.
Working at the modern head quarters in Woking, duties will include:
- Polite and efficient answering of calls and appropriate handling of messages, ensuring accuracy both verbally and by email
- Greeting and welcoming visitors
- Updating staff lists
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Staff travel arrangements - flights, taxis, hotels etc
- Incoming and outgoing post
- Providing administrative support to the office, including ad hoc support for the PA to CEO
- Managing meeting room bookings, setting up of rooms and ordering lunches or equipment as necessary
Previous Reception experience is not essential for this role but the right candidate will be well presented, have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. You will also be computer literate including good knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
This role comes with a competetive salary of up to £21k plus excellent benefits.
