Job Description: Front Office Administrator for Consulting Firm ****POSITION STILL OPEN - EXCELLENT CLIENT, THIS POSITION IS FULLTIME DIRECT HIRE***** Will be greeting all public and visitors Receive all incoming telephone calls and route calls promptly Schedule qualified individuals for appointments Back up sales staff by utilizing in house system effectively, high level of Microsoft Excel by producing spreadsheets for productivity and sales numbers. Will assist with processing payroll, must have excellent math skills. Maintaining of all records in accordance with the compliance of the corporate office regulations Maintain adequate office supplies for entire office, all clerical duties for entire staff including faxing, photocopying and other general office duties as necessary. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS Advanced computer skills/strong computer aptitude Excellent written and verbal skills Ability to interface with all levels of employees Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to work well in a fast paced environment Detail oriented Flexible Background in assisting with a sales staff a huge plus!
