Front Office Application Support

We have a contract opportunity within our Fixed Income Front Office Production Support team for a technically strong, and business competent support analyst providing 1st and 2nd line support across a range of product areas across Fixed Income. The role is to provide a reliable, efficient and consistent formalised engagement for the Business to their support IT organisation. Whilst on the trading floor the aim is to keep the engagement with the Business as simple and rapid as possible while tracking and ensuring a timely response from their support team for all active issues. In terms of core experience you will require:

Strong Trade floor support experience with ability to think and act fast under pressure

Strong Fixed Income Business knowledge (Credit, Rates, EM)

Strong relationship management and communication skills at all levels of management, both Business and IT

Strong Service Ethos, where the client is considered top priority

Strong organisational, administration and multi tasking skills

The rapidly changing landscape of the GBM Business requires a flexible production support group to be able to move at the same rate of change that the Business requires. As the Business moves towards a global model system, support also needs to act globally, this will mean working closely with other regional teams and systems developed outside of the region. Experience working with a mixture of 3rd party and bespoke systems is desired, but the focus of the hire is a strong technical background and proven business facing experience in demanding Front Office environments.
