Front Office Banking Adviser
My Aberdeen based client are currently recruiting for experienced customer service professionals to join their branch based retail banking/building society operation in Aberdeen on a permanent basis.
With strong customer service skills and the ability to spot potential up selling opportunities, you will be responsible for providing first class customer care to those visiting the branch.
You will be responsible for interviewing customers, taking time to understand their needs and advise them on the portfolio of savings and investment options available to them.
Is it essential that you can liaise with customers in regards to their current financial needs, and provide guidance on the products available.
You must be able to work Saturdays as part of your contract.
