Front Office Trading Business Analyst – European Equities – Algorithmic and Execution Team
Circa £65,000 - £80,000 plus bonus and benefits

My client is a leading equities broker, with a great, collaborative culture and entrepreneurial spirit. Through continued success and expansion, the team is seeking to rapidly expand their London office in the City. The firm executes cash equity business across all European and US Markets and uses both DMA and Algo strategies. The firm is currently seeking a front office business analyst, who will work closely with the trading and algorithmic teams in London. Reporting to the Head of Execution, your role will involve gaining a deep understanding of front office trading tools, analyzing them and liasing with the trading systems provider to assess and report on performance. You will have strong analytical skills and some knowledge of algo strategies and front office trading environments.
Responsibilities for Front Office Trading Business Analyst – European Equities – Algorithmic and Execution Team;
• Analysis of trading processes and associated data
• Assess effectiveness of trading strategies
• Development of monitoring and marketing material
• Communication with clients, brokers and systems providers
• Report to Head of Execution
Ideal Skill set for Front Office Trading Business Analyst – European Equities – Algorithmic and Execution Team;
• Extensive Business Analyst experience
• Experience in algorithmic/high touch trading environment in a BA capacity
• FIX
• Experience of Fidessa a plus
• Strong numerical skills
• Excellent communication
• Knowledge of trading systems
• Equity knowledge a plus
