Front Office Business Analyst, Technology – Investment Bank recruitment
You will be expected to work directly with traders and support teams to understand business requirements from FX and Fixed Income Trading Desks.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Understand the business issues and data challenges for FX and Fixed Income
- Capture business requirements specifications. Review business processes and recommend related solutions
- Communicate with developers and explain business requirements
- Lead testing efforts and liaise with QA team. Support rollout to customers
- Ensures, Issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner
- Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
- Align with colleagues in Europe
- Act as a First point of contact in APAC
Requirement of the role:
- Past experience in Financial Services industry.
- Good grounding in FX, Fixed Income or Portfolio Management.
- Product knowledge across Money Markets, FX, Derivatives, Structured Notes, Repos.
- Knowledge of Interest Rate Risk, Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk, PL, Accrual, Product accounting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management.
- Self starter and self managed.
- Manage tight deadlines and a multiple project environment.
- CFA, FRM, MBA (Finance) or Masters (Finance).
- Experience servicing trading desk at a bank.
