Front Office C++ Developer recruitment
Experienced C++ Developer with skills in design, development implementation of software components for real time embedded systems is being recruited by a growing New York based finance firm.
You must have 5yrs+ C++ Development experience with strong hands on C++ skills. You will work on the development of algorithmic trading systems for programme trading. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will work directly on the trading floor. This is a Linux/Solaris environment so previous experience in a UNIX environment is essential. Some knowledge of trading systems is essential (ideally electronic/algorithmic trading systems). Any technical knowledge of JAVA or PERL development is a bonus. You must have experience of working in a real time systems environment WOMBAT based market data experience is a plus. Knowledge of Equities will be a bonus.
