Front Office Change Manager – Tier 1 Investment Bank
They are searching for someone who has experience delivering front office change projects as the successful candidate will be working on a portfolio of change projects and will be providing E2E strategies in order to deliver successful business solutions.
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business change at a financial institution or a management consultancy
- In depth understanding of the front to back trade lifecycle and the entire delivery lifecycle
- Strong communication skills to deal with a wide range of stakeholders, including front office users
- A very structured Project Manager has experience outlining, scoping and managing change projects
- Wide variety of experience with a hybrid skill (IT, Business, Ops etc)
