Front Office COO – FICC Trading recruitment
You will work closely with the Heads of Trading and Sales in devising and executing their EMEA growth strategy. You will have a broad role covering the following:
• Strategy- devising the business plans and growth strategies for new businesses across products, clients, locations, revenues and risk
• Build out of sales and trading infrastructure supporting the MD in roll-out of new platforms and processes
• Performance and cost management; budgets, forecasts, cost reduction, restructuring
• HR and compensation- hiring, compensation, annual reviews etc
• Change Management – acting as FO sponsor on key strategic initiatives
• Regulatory liaison – working closely with the internal compliance group in addition to external bodies and advisors, in all matters relating to the regulatory landscape
We are seeking applications from high calibre COO’s who have worked at D/ED level within a major investment bank’s Front Office. A sound knowledge of FX, Rates and Credit products is a prerequisite and a previous background gained within one of the top-tier consultancies would be of particular interest to the client.
