Front Office Coordinator

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions is a leading distributor of fluid handling products, providing ultrapure, corrosion -resistant fluid flow systems and expertise. Our broad customer base includes electronic component and equipment manufacturers, many chemical, water treatment, metal finishing, pollution control and biotechnology companies as well as OEM's and mechanical contractors.

We need a talented individual to fill the role of Front Office Coordinator for our Corporate Office in Burbank, CA.

We want a customer service driven person to answer phones, greet customers and sales force, data entry, update Excel spreadsheets, prepare daily and monthly mailings, and many other tasks. Must be proficient multi-tasking while maintaining a positive attitude. Great phone, writing, and personal communication skills are a must.

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·         Manage our front office and provide support our corporate team as well and nationwide branches

·         Handle high volume of incoming calls and page individuals as needed

·         Greet visitors

·         Filing, faxing, copying documents

·         Must provide excellent customer service to visitors and callers

·         Prepare daily and monthly outgoing mail and packages

·         Update and maintain internal/company lists

·         Assist with special projects, miscellaneous administrative tasks and manage deadline driven projects

 

Qualifications/requirements:

·         Minimum 1 year office administrative experience

·         Computer skills that include Word and Excel

·         Outstanding communication skills

·         Exceptional customer service approach

·         Excellent organizational skills and follow through

·        High School Diploma or equivalent experience
