As a leading Project Manager your main duties will be -
- Coordination of the portfolio of Counterparty Risk projects
- Managing various projects across development, business analysis, testing, release and support.
- Provide business oversight to ensure cross project dependencies are understood
- Project governance
- Build a project management roadmap
- Preparation of quarterly project deliverables for future projects
- Develop an appropriate risk and issue management tool/approach
To be considered for this excellent PM role you will need to have the following -
- Strong Front Office Project Management experience
- Experience of the full software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of derivatives products
- Experience of managing multi phase projects
- Sound business facing experience
- Familiarity with SDLC and real software development a strong plus
- Strong communication with confidence
- Strong stakeholder management
- Awareness of formal project management methodologies such as Prince 2 and experience with management of Agile methods (SCRUM, EVO, RUP, XP)
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well under pressure and adapts well to changes
