Front Office Developer and System Support – C#, Java or C++ recruitment
C#, Java or C++ Expert required to join a highly academic Front Office team that provides development and support to the front office and its systems - Fidessa / Derivation / Murex etc..
This team is embedded in the trading floor and provides service directly to the trading desks, whilst working closely with the technology division.
The main purpose of the role is to provide development and support for systems related to trading and interface applications for trade and risk pricing with an emphasis on structured products and equity-based products.
You will be responsible for -
Development and support for:
•Interface program between Murex and the clients pricing engine for structured deals and market data.
•Fidessa – equity trade and order management system
•Derivation – equity derivative risk management system
•FIX connectivity
User support for equity front office related issues, including user liaison and business analysis
Skills Experience:
-Java and/or C# and/or C++
-Unix.
-Database
-Understanding of investment banking business
-Knowledge of financial products, derivatives and equities in particular.
-Strong academic background, preferably within a mathematical or scientific discipline.
