Front office IT High Frequency Trading Support recruitment
This position sits within a hedge fund based in New York. The ideal candidate for this role will have a very solid technical background working within a unix / linux environment, experience writing scripts in perl, shell or python. In addition, if you have basic knowledge on C++ programming that would be a huge plus as this role will give the right candidate exposure to coding as well. As this position will sit on the trading floor working directly with traders, experience working within a trading environment is of course useful, but we will consider candidates with strong technical backgrounds with no previous trading floor experience.
