Front Office Level 2 Support (VP) - Singapore, Hong Kong or Tokyo.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Level 2 Support specialist to join a very strong Front Office team to manage the support cross asset class, with a particular focus on the successful APAC Equities business. The team is spread across Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo and supports the bank's propritary risk management platform. This is a business critical team, working closely with the development team to ensure the Front Office have cutting edge technology to ensure the growth of their business.
You will be an experienced support specialist operating at the VP level with significant experience directly interacting with Front Office users. Your role will be to support the risk management system, coordinating infrastructure activities. This is a hands on role which will require you to be involved in supporting their systems in a Unix environment involving in depth scripting and a deep understanding of the SQL database. Candidates should have experience working in high-pressure, business environments.
Candidate requirement:
- Extensive Front Office support expeience with a Tier One Investment Bank
- Extensive experience within a Unix / Linux environment
- Very strong scripting skills such as Shell, Perl and Python experience would be highly beneficial
- Solid understanding of SQL databases
