This prestigious banking institution works across most main banking functions and offer a wide range of services. They are focused on improving the skills and flexibility of their people. They are looking to employ a Murex Support Analyst, based in Singapore, to support their global model.

The successful applicant will be required to manage and coordinate issues to ensure long-term resolution with various teams - including in-house as well as vendor FO applications. The main responsibilities of the role would be to maintain the stability of production environments, ensuring that end users have maximum availability and support. Receive calls or incident tickets for user and application issues and troubleshoot. If required, follow escalation procedures during outages and ensure root-cause analysis. The successful applicant will also be expected to provide trend analysis, incidents resolution, root cause analysis and regular reporting to identify areas for improvement The individual must posses a high motivation to learn and manage different applications across Derivatives.
