Front Office .NET Developer
Candidate will also perform support and write scripts on OpenLink Endur application. However, training will be provided, if not familiar with OpenLink application.
Candidate will work closely with business to understand the requirements and develop them in timely manner.
Candidate will work by himself in New York, however liase and discuss projects remotely with IT Development team based in London.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
To analyse, develop, test and implement in-house systems used by MCRM and other Mitsui subsidiaries.
To provide day to day production support for OpenLink Endur and in-house developed application.
Main Duties Responsibilities
- Develop Support .NET applications using C# / VB.NET for front end and Oracle PL/SQL Packages / Procedures for Databases.
- Perform various phases of Software Development Life Cycle (Analysis / Design / Coding / Testing / Implementation)
- Support Openlink Endur application and write scripts to extract reports, using C.
- Able to work on its own as well as part of remote team.
- Liaise with business and gather requirements / development needs.
- Liaise with London development team and perform relevant tasks, as requested by the business.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years development experience using C# / VB.NET on WinForms.
- Coding of database packages / procedures using ORACLE PL/SQL.
- Some experience on WPF.
- Problem solver.
- Good grasping skills to understand relevant requirements, as well as implement them in timely fashion.
- Ability to document technical specifications of developed systems.
Desirable Requirements:
- Previously worked in Finance sector.
- Knowledge of OpenLink Endur / Sungard / Murex or relevant trading systems.
- Knowledge of Derivatives / Finance market.
