Responsibilities for Perl Developer/Trading System Developer:
• Provide technical support to resolve client issues
• Develop support knowledge bases and best practices
- Liaise with Application Developers to find resolutions reported software problems and to ensure that change requests are managed effectively
- Implement, test, and certify FIX connections between clients and vendors
- Install and configure software platform to client specifications
- Support roll-outs and upgrades of our advanced financial trading system
- Provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
Key Skills for Perl Developer/Trading System Developer:
