Front Office Process Manager/ Business Manager Banking London £80k

Immediate and exclusive opportunity for an experienced Process Manager/ Business Manager, to join my European Investment Banking client based inLondonCitywith St Pauls/ Bank/ Cannon Street Moorgate all within walking distance. As result as some real growth in their Front Office results, they are seeking a Front Office Process Manager/ Business Manager to join and evaluate, analyse, re design, and project manage the development of a new Agency Lending system which is a key area of the bank- very visible across Front Office

This is a permanent role with a salary of £70,000- £78,000 plus strong bonuses within Front Office.

You will be working with the traders (especially within Equities and Repo) and the back office (risk, finance, legal, operation etc), to understand how the Agency Lending system works front to back, and take ownership for automating a lot of the work (it is currently manual). There are not many opportunities like this on the market where you would have such responsibility and the opportunity to be a part of thisGreenfield, multi million pound projects. To give you an idea of the value of this system, it holds around £28billion of trades, with around 3000 dummy trades a day working through the system.

This role needs someone who is very delivery focused, who can understand a complex process, and get people within Front and back office on board with their strategy

Role requirements

* Excellent understanding and experience of data, manipulating data and spreadsheets

* Good knowledge of SBL, (securities lending and securities finance) Equity and Repos

* Understanding of IT Solutions and change management

* Experience of working on the full project lifecycle (including back office functions i.e. legal, risk, ops, finance etc)

* Understanding of front to back systems

* Any evidence of previously re- designing a front to back front office system would be very beneficial

* Experience of automating a manual process very beneficial

* German language skills also very beneficial
