Front Office Sales Business Analyst for Global Systems, looking at sales trading processes working on major Fixed Income sales releases. Suit BA's with strong Fixed Income product knowledge with Front Office exposure or Fixed Income Product specialists either ex Traders or Sales looking for a Business Analyst role in the Front Office.
The team span most Fixed Income products, namely Rates- Government Bonds, IRD, including Swaps and Swaptions, Commercial papers, Mortgage, CDS and Credit- Corporate Bonds.
This Business Analyst position is pure, from inception, gathering requirements, writing the BRDs, understanding the full software development life cycle, running workshops and training users. The users are Global and the system is up down stream.
With the role being very product focused the interview is tough and comprises of 20 in-depth product questions around product domain, trade types, break down of sales and trading bookings, why you use the product, what a swap is used for or good for etc.
