FRONT OFFICE SYSTEMS CONSULTANT recruitment
Description:
The successful individual will provide first line support of the Front Office Platform used by the investment teams.
Core Responsibilities:
- This will be to investigate issues through the front end or by writing SQL to interrogate the database.
- They will also need to perform other tasks such as maintaining and creating compliance tests.
- Managing technical and operational issues, defect resolution and ensuring that the platform and processes operate effectively and that we extract as much value as possible.
- Managing and executing regular tasks necessary for support of the order management system and for providing input to other business areas.
- Maintaining regular reports, providing ad-hoc reports and MI.

Core Requirements:
Mandatory
- Strong SQL skills
- Strong knowledge of the Charles River Order Management System
- Ability to communicate effectively across our business
The candidate must have up to date experience of the following areas of CRIMS:
- Creating and maintaining blotters / manager workbenches / workflow monitors
- Creating and maintaining compliance tests
- Querying the CRIMS database using SQL, which they write
Desirable
- Understanding of the end to end investment process
- Experience in the financial services environment
