Front Office Trading Solutions – Sales / Account Manager – Singapore recruitment
The successful candidate will work closely with Pre sales and Strategic Account Managers in the South East Asia region to promote the Trading Platform solution to both existing and new clients.
In this Regional position you will play a critical role in growing the company’s presence in Singapore and SEA and in strengthening the current portfolio of clients. The aim is to strengthen the company’s ability to distribute and support Front Office Trading solutions. This high profile role will be paramount in driving this initiative forward and breaking into these challenging areas.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships and work with key client personnel
- Provide consultative support ensuring that the client is leveraging all of this vendor’s products and technology solutions / services as effectively and efficiently as possible.
- Cross and up-selling other Products/solutions.
- Interface with internal business partners to insure clients business and application needs are effectively communicated to other areas of the company.
- Developing profitable and serviceable relationships both internal and external.
- Contacting and qualifying new sales prospects.
- Being current on market and industry trends.
- Participates in sales calls / onsite visits and assist to determine appropriate resources or representation by other Vendor Departments to "close the deal”.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of solution sales and managing large accounts within the Financial Services industry.
- Strong listening, questioning, positioning, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational inter-personal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin would be a bonus.
- Industry knowledge and knowledge of financial markets in the areas of electronic trading, risk management and market making.
