FrontOffice Project Manager(Associate level) with leading IBank recruitment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Working closely with the business coverage officer to oversee the portfolio of technology initiatives being delivered for front office sales trading.

- Liaise with developers and managers to articulate the status and drive through the delivery of key business initiatives.

- Assisting with managing the pipeline of work for the business and facilitating prioritization in line with current supply/demand

- Providing project management on selected IT projects to support business. This will include manage resources across multiple teams.

- Ensuring adherence to governance standards for projects

- Driving business and IT required reporting and metrics: including: financial tracking, issue tracking, risk tracking, status reporting, running meetings etc.

- Producing analysis of the reports and recommending solutions to programme and project related issues.

- Communicating issues / risks and identifying cross-project impacts and dependencies.

- Consulting type services including: project management training, consensus building, process management definition, soft skill training, strategic vision setting, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of 7 years of Professional experience, preferably at a major management consulting firm or financial institution.

- Equity Business Knowledge preferable.

- Technical background/understanding preferable.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong negotiation and facilitation skills

- Strong analytical skills

- Overall experience in hands-on project management, specifically in information technology-related projects essential, and preferably supporting financial services businesses.

- Solid understanding of the Project Lifecycle (PLC) and System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) components MS-Project, MS Excel, and general MS-Office skills essential.
