FS Corporate Tax Manager
This Big 4 Firm presents an exciting opportunity for a career driven, ambitious Corporate Tax Manager to join their Financial Services team.
This department provides corporate tax services to Financial Services clients ranging from UK branches of overseas financial institutions, smaller owner managed businesses through to major listed international groups. They advise companies across the whole of the financial services industry including banks, securities dealers, general and life insurers, funds and fund managers. As Tax Manager, you will work within a team who focus on the provision of high quality advice to clients and understand their client’s business strategy in order to help them support their corporate goals.
Your role as FS Corporate Tax Manager will be predominantly advisory; ensuring client work is managed and delivered effectively as well as developing and maintaining good client relationships. You will work closely with the senior management team on a wide range of projects and a portfolio of clients. In addition, identifying opportunities through an internal network of clients and developing more junior staff in the team will be your responsibilities as Tax Manager.
In order to be successful, you will need to have previous management experience in a UK tax role. Experience within the financial sector is preferred, yet not essential. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills are necessary as well as having a commercial approach to resolving issues. This role would suit a degree, ACA/CTA qualified tax professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to identify and evaluate risk issues.
