My client is one of the world’s leading and fastest growing professional services firm, renowned as a premiere worldwide brand that delivers significant and tangible results to clients. Their growing FS practice is seeking ambitious Finance Accounting specialists at the consultant/senior consultant or manager level to meet its’ client requirements.
You will be working with globally renowned Financial Services institutions to deliver full business solutions. My client has sustained growth plans for the future and this is an excellent opportunity to be a part of this leading institution.
As part of this growing FS team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the optimization of their clients’ finance function. You will hone current and new skills across all processes and organizational structures in the financial sector, such as Value Reporting, IFRS consolidation, Smart Close, internal and external Reporting, Planning Budgeting and Corporate Performance Management. You will be involved from concept to implementation of state-of-the-art methodologies, processes and systems within the arena of bank management - enabling you to build breadth as well as depth of experience.
The ideal candidate must have at least 4 + years in the “Finance Accounting” or domain as a consultant or similar line management and possess the following skill set:
- Successfully completed a university degree, ideally with a focus on 'Banks', banking apprenticeship would be advantageous
- Solid knowledge of Accounting and Controlling principles (IFRS, BilMoG)
- Fully conversant with Accounting, Finance, Controlling processes
- Wide understanding of IT solutions for banks, especially SAP Analytical Banking Solutions (esp. SAP AFI, SAP FI/New GL) and/or BI-tools
- Sound understanding of IFRS Consolidation and Value Reporting
- Enjoy project-oriented work,
- Strong communication skills
- Well proven analytical and conceptual skills.
