Exceptional Opportunity for Core Banking Architects and SAP Analytics Professionals to join a prestigious management consultancy on Senior Consultant/Consultant/Manager level
€ 55,000 – € 110,000 + Bonus + Benefits
My client is one of the world’s leading and fastest growing professional services firm, renowned as a premiere worldwide brand that delivers significant and tangible results to clients. Their growing FS practice is seeking ambitious Technology System specialists at the consultant/senior consultant or manager level to meet its’ client requirements. You will be working with globally renowned Financial Services institutions to support their clients’ IT and organizational structure to be as flexible and responsive as possible and at the same time as reliably and efficiently as necessary.
My client has sustained growth plans for the future and this is an excellent opportunity to be a part of this leading institution. As part of this growing FS team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the optimization of their clients’ IT function and you will be involved from concept to implementation of state-of-the-art methodologies, processes and systems within the arena of bank management - enabling you to build breadth as well as depth of experience.
You will have experience in the at least one of the following areas:
- IT Compliance Controls - Establishing an appropriate and effective IT-related internal control system in consideration of the compliance requirements. Testing and certification of internal control systems and IT applications (eg IDW PS 951 and 880).
- Data Quality and Data Analysis: Building an enterprise-wide data quality management to optimize data quality. Implement short-term measures to transform and cleanse data files and the development of strategies and measures for sustainable data quality assurance.
- Pre-Implementation Audit: Reviewing and advisory support from IT implementation projects across all phases. Thereby improving the quality and reduce project risks, and avoid time-consuming and costly rework.
- IT Security Segregation of Duties (SoD): Systematic, company-wide implementation of IT security. This protection of corporate data and implementation of regulatory requirements, such as a bank-wide approach to MaRisk role.
- Sourcing: Alignment of IT services at the individual needs of customers and development of the sourcing strategy. Optimization and control of the provider service level agreements.
- Core Transformation: Optimization of the IT architecture. Replacement of historically evolved, heterogeneous and high-cost solutions with standard software. Optimize the application environment by implementing standardized interfaces and prevent system failures.
The ideal candidate must have experience in the “Technolgy Processes” domain as a consultant or similar areas of content, wholesale and private banking and possess the following skill set:
- successfully completed a university degree, ideally a Master's or Ph.D. degree in economics or natural science, mathematics or computer science
- Subject matter expertise in current IT solutions, preferably based on the SAP Bank Analyzer, in the respective areas (finance, corporate governance, risk management and compliance) and have demonstrated extensive knowledge of the IT design and implementation
- Solid understanding of accounting (IFRS, HGB), Reporting and Basel III, financial, enterprise management, risk management and compliance systems, SAP Analytical Banking
- Strong communication skills and well proven analytical, quantitative and conceptual skills.
