FTSE 100 Corporate looking for experienced Corporate Development/Strategy Individuals recruitment
The role will involve working directly with senior members of the company, advising on internal mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate strategy, preparing financial analysis material and performing business/company valuations. The position offers an alternative career path to investment banking advisory/consulting and will appeal to those keen on an ‘improved’ work-life balance and the satisfaction of aiding a developing company at the highest level throughout a sustained time period.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years MA advisory/consulting experience with at least 2 years gained within industry. Our client is flexible however applicants with bulge bracket or Big 4 Accounting firms on their CVs are preferred. MBAs from top business schools will be looked upon favourably.
