FTSE Insurer looking for M&A/Corporate Finance, BIG 4-experienced individuals for Internal M&A Roles in London and Paris recruitment
The role will involve working directly with senior members of the company, advising on internal mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate strategy, preparing financial analysis material and performing business/company valuations. The position offers an alternative career path to investment banking/Corporate Finance in an Investment Bank or Big 4 firm and will appeal to those keen on an ‘improved’ work-life balance and the satisfaction of aiding a developing company at the highest level throughout a sustained time period.
The ideal candidates should have 1-4 years MA advisory experience in the FIG: Insurance sector ( Non-Life and Reinsurance coverage preferable). Our client is flexible however applicants from Bulge Bracket Investment Banks or the Big 4 Accounting firms (ACA qualified) are preferred or candidates from a corporate development background.
For the role in Paris, canddiates must be able to speak fluent English and French.
