We're looking to invest in SThree by employing exceptional people who can drive the business forward. We are seeking highly ambitious, target driven graduates with a minimum 2:2 degree from any discipline who have 6-12 months sales experience to join our team of sales consultants in Edinburgh immediately.

As a recruitment consultant for SThree there are many opportunities to earn excellent money and work your way up the company. Being one of the world's largest organically grown companies, we pride ourselves in promoting internal talent, you will be working in a meritocracy, how far up this career ladder you climb is down to you and your hard work! Starting as a trainee, each consultant provides staffing solutions to their clients and candidates, aiming to match the best-fit candidate to the client's job vacancies.

We have some fantastic incentives to help motivate you to achieve and exceed targets, such as holidays to Marbella, Las Vegas and Ibiza, lunch clubs at Michelin star restaurants and company cars. In addition, we offer a lucrative uncapped commission structure. You can expect to earn £35K- £40K OTE in your first year, £60K+ in your second year and £100K+ in your third year. In fact, our top trainee last year earned £107K in their first year!

So what do we want from you? Well, you'll be a graduate with sales experience who has the enthusiasm, ambition, energy and drive to succeed in a sales role. You will need to be a confident communicator, with the flexibility to manage and adapt to varied and challenging responsibilities. The role involves a lot of cold calling, rapport building, working to targets and KPI's and as a result you will be persistent and resilient.
