Full Charge Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant
Job Description:
Immediate need for a Full charge high-level bookkeeper needed for a small business. This position works closely with the owner of the company and at times, with the operations manager. GL, heavy AP/AR, daily cash flow, business banking, PL, payroll, financial statement and tax coordination, respective record keeping and a small amount of personal bookkeeping. This is a fast paced position with heavy bookkeeping as well as ownership of a financial role within a small company. Must be computer savvy and very well versed in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks, must be proactive, timely, possess good communication skills, be responsible and express consistent follow through. Must have the ability to work with a variety of personalities, have the ability to problem solve and be able to master somewhat complicated books. Requires Four-year degree.
