Rapidly growing Service company has an excellent opportunity for highly analytical, organized and detail oriented individual. Must have ability to multi-task, complete tasks in a timely manner and work in a fast paced environment.
Full Time Bookkeeper/ Office Administrator will be highly proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and general office management will work independently and be responsible for:
- A/P, A/R, Enter Bills, processing invoices
- Assist with cashflow projections, management, and reporting
- Collections
- Multiple bank reconciliations and record keeping.
- Prepare month-end reports, monthly financial statements, account reconciliation, and management reporting
- Approving and working with management on various billings and invoices, and perform research as needed to resolve issues or discrepancies.
- Prepares reports that outline the company’s financial position in the areas of income, expenses and earnings based on past, present and future operations.
- Manage and ensure efficient processing of information consistent with proper internal controls.
- Preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Processing of Paychex Payroll commissions
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements
- General Ledger maintenance
- Assist in preparing reports for meetings with CPA quarterly
- General HR management
- General office management
Other Minimum Requirements:
- B. A. with Accounting major
- Minimum of 5 years' experience
- Proven management skills and hands on experience managing accounting function
- Proficiency in Quickbooks a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, especially Excel
- Demonstrated excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Organizing and filing important information for concise and accurate records
