Pleasant and professional individual to work in Finance Office

Knowledge of Great Plains preferred but not necessary

Receive and verify invoices
Enter invoices for payment

Prepare vendor cheques for mailing

Prepare manual cheques as and when required

Maintain updated vendor files

Maintain a filing system for all financial documents

Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial files

Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial data

Strong computer skills i.e Microsoft office
1+ years experience with 3 references.
Must pass background check
