Your impact
As a customer service representative in our Home Loans Service Team , your role will be to make an outstanding impression on your customers by fulfilling requests in relation to their financial products, and providing them with friendly, personal and efficient service.

You are highly motivated and naturally inquisitive, with the ability to build rapport and show personal interest with a diverse range of customers. You will show initiative and problem solve; enjoy working both autonomously and within a team that is fast paced and target driven. You will be required to:
- Use your knowledge of the Bank's products and services to attend to the customers' identified financial needs gained through ongoing training
- Achieve customer service excellence by understanding and practicing the Bank's customer service standards
- Resolve simple sale enquiries and refer customers with complex financial needs to specialists within the Bank
- Actively work towards resolving customer enquiries and/or complaints in a prompt, professional and caring manner
- Organise, action and follow up your own daily work and delegated tasks
It is essential that you possess:
- The demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service
- The ability to work in a busy, commercial, competitive and target-driven environment
- The ability to use a headset for long periods

- Permanent Full Time Opportunity
Parramatta CBD Location - Start date is the16th of September
- Full Time Training 5 weeks
