Functional Lead – Security Risk Consulting recruitment
Our client is a leading global financial institution. This role is situated within Information Security team focusing on information security policy, risk analysis of systems and infrastructures development, consultancy, project and program management.
Responsibilities:
- Run Information Security Program and/or Projects to improve the state of Information Security within the organization.
- Manage a team of Security Consultants and Risk manager to improve the Security KRI and SLA.
- Introduce or improve new Policies, Standards, Processes and Procedures time to time to improve the state of Information Security.
- Review Application and Infrastructure for Security Design, Architecture and Controls and manage the end to end Risk Life Cycle.
Requirements of the role:
- 10+ years of experience in Information Security and Risk.
- Thorough Understanding of more than 2 of the following technologies: Networks, Databases, Messaging, Operating System, Application
- Information Security Skills in Access Control and Authentication, Secure Network Connectivity, Cryptography, Inter Process Communication,Intra System Communication
- Experience in running large Information Security Programs for Financial Institutions
- Good Relationship and Networking Skills
- Good Interpersonal and Conflict Management Skills.
- Good Negotiation Skills
- Good Influencing Skills
- Banking experience is mandatory
