Functional Tester/Business Analyst – FX Products - £50,000 – 65,000 – London

A Functional Tester/Business Analyst is required to work on new and innovative programmes of work in a market-leading Trade Processing organisation. The position offers a salary of up to £65,000 and is based in the City of London.

You will have the opportunity to join a growing service, working on Greenfield programmes that are of a business critical nature. You will be required to participate in individual streams of testing, reporting your progress into the Test manager. It is an exciting position, with a vast range of responsibilities spanning from hands on functional testing to gathering business requirements.

You will be responsible for the preparation and reviewing of test material; collecting, overseeing and validating project documentation (Requirements and design documents), basic configuration and set-up of workstreams in Quality Centre and reporting all of the progress of the work completed.

Required Experience

·         ISTQB-BCS Certified Tester Foundation Level (Or equivalent) with a strong background in Financial markets.

·         Extensive experience in Quality Centre or similar defect tracking software.

·         A solid understanding of basic FX products including Spots, Forwards, Futures and Options etc.

·         Experience in Murex would be preferable but is not essential.
