Fund Accounting Operational Supplier Management Officer recruitment

As a Fund Accounting Operational Supplier Management Officer your major accountabilities will include:

• The individual will be a contact point for internal clients and external service providers’ relationship management on an ongoing basis

• To implement and monitor appropriate service delivery framework which will include, mapping, monitoring and tracking of KPIs, SLAs, Schedule of Services and Issue/Review logs on an ongoing basis

• Implement departmental procedures in timely and agreed manner

• Monitor Supplier Service levels against Aviva’s requirements

• Engage with the service providers, via business monitoring with site visits, producing reports and recommendation and action points in their planning to shape the services provided to Aviva and their effectiveness and quality of service

• Implementation of procedures, processes and controls between Aviva Investors and their service providers. Negotiate and manage updates to the operating model and service level documentation ensuring they reflect best working practices

• Understand internal operating model to ensure clarity from fund accounting point of view

As a Fund Accounting Operational Supplier Management Officer your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• Strong education, ideally good degree and/or equivalent professional qualification.

• Experience in a similar institutional/Fund servicing or global Asset Manager

• Specific understanding of key Fund Accounting processes and functions within investment and asset management

• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Skills

• Ability to work independently

• Strong communication (oral and written) and

• Excellent inter personal skills

• Operate in a customer focussed relationship role

• Broad knowledge of fund regulatory requirements in Luxembourg
