Fund Administration Edinburgh/Dublin (contract) Job in Edinburgh, Central Scotland UK
We have a number of Fund Administrator vacancies with a Global Investment Administration client. These vacancies are based in both Dublin and Edinburgh, with the significant balance being in Edinburgh.
Due to expansion of this business unit, our client requires a number of experienced candidates to join their team in enhancing their offerings to their clients. These roles vary from Fund Administrator to Team Leader and offer the successful candidates the chance to enhance their career with a Global leader during an exciting phase.
The function
- The production and review of cash flow reconciliations.
- Preparation of fund reports, on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Reviewing data from other fund administrators.
- Assisting with the production of investor communication documents.
- Liaising with auditors for the annual review of funds.
- Reviewing investor subscription documents.
- Portfolio and cash flow modelling.
Function requirements
It is essential that you can demonstrate:
- Previous experience of a similar role (2-5 years).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal written.
- Knowledge of accountancy.
- The ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
- A degree in a numeracy based subject.
