Fund Administrator recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the administration of funds, including daily cash reconciliation, custodian asset reconciliation, variance research, net asset value reconciliation, performance calculation and generation of closing packages.
- Oversee performance of providers servicing the funds.
- Participate in financial statements audits, tax returns review and other regulatory filings.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries accurately and timely.
- Ensure daily, monthly, quarterly and annual deliverables are met.
Qualifications:
- Strong accounting skills and understanding of complex fixed income investment products
- Excellent computer skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient communication skills both written and verbal and ability to interact with both clients and managers in other departments
- Ability to work in a team oriented environment
- At least one year of investment management or financial services related work experience
Academic Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
