Fund Administrator
Our Client, a leading Asset Manager requires a Fund Administrator to join their team.
The Role:
- Overall management of various administrative tasks for UCITS SICAV fund, including but not limited to managing UCITS 4 KIID documentation requirements, country registrations and requirements, liaising with third party service providers, maintaining organizational documents, coordinating various regulatory and financial reports;
- Organize/manage various fund documents and agreements;
- Work closely with the Legal and Compliance group and Fund Administration team to test new processes and procedure, and schedule and prioritise work.
The Candidate:
Skills Qualifications Required:
- Degree level education or experience qualified;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proven working knowledge of fund administration for UCITS SICAV and offshore Hedge Funds;
- Proven working knowledge of compliance regime in respect of UCITS or UCIS;
- Experience of working with and delivering via third parties in an outsource relationship; and
- Working knowledge of business process improvements.

Languages:
- Fluency in French and Portuguese (not required but highly desirable).
