The division also manages a Mezzanine fund and a Collateralized fund obligation totalling approx Eur 500m.
Within FCFO all data is verified relating to the cash and collateral for the funds. FCFO is responsible for checking compliance with collateral tests, ensuring the accuracy of all investor reporting and settling primary and secondary loan trades.
FCFO also plays a key role for the Portfolio Management Group (‘PMG’), any secondary or primary trading opportunities have to be verified by the FCFO before any execution can take place.

As a Fund Administrator your main responsibilities are:
• Complete and accurate maintenance of all asset, cash, credit and market events within the CDO system and any other data sources maintained.
• Run hypothetical trade evaluation tests
• Prepare and check asset sale and purchase execution in accordance with LMA standards from primary and secondary loan markets.
• Ensure timely and accurate investor reporting
• Establish a relationship with the trustees and swap counterparts to ensure a timely and correct flow of information.
• Ad hoc creation of data and historical trends for internal reporting and for potential new investors.
• Delivery of timely portfolio test results, investor reporting and cash distributions across the funds
• Nil funding and trading fails as a result of incomplete/erroneous instructions
• Efficient and consistent services delivery from external parties
• Identify process and system enhancements to improve efficiency and control.
• Delivery of various projects within designated time-frames
As a Fund Administrator your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
• Minimum A-Level
• Degree preferred
• Working knowledge of loans and/or fund administration/accounting (essential)
• Working knowledge of CDOs and/or structured funds (essential)
• Practical understanding of international bank operations including multi currency interbank payments and nostro accounting / reconciliation (desirable)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities to include creation of linked workbooks, simple macros and functions (e.g. lookups and financial calculations) (essential)
• Working knowledge of fixed income securities, including interest accruals, money market rates, swap calculations and a willingness to develop such knowledge. (Desirable)
• Demonstrable team-work ethic (essential)
