Fund Administrator recruitment
Our client is a multi-expert financial services company with offices spread across the globe. In the Asia Pacific region, it has offices in many of the major countries, including Japan, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the team in Singapore to perform the fund administration work for a major client in real estate services.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate client on-boarding of clients and JV partners
- Perform KYC/AML
- Liase with legal counsel, clients or investors
- Prepare and provide all required information to stakeholders both internal and external
- Maintain static data of investors
- Perform in payment/cash reconciliation process
- Ad-hoc administrative matter when required
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in fund/company administration
- Candidates with prior working experience in private equity/real estate would be at an advantage
- Preference for candidates with back office/treasury operations experience, particularly in cross border payment processing
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and able to work in a team
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
