Fund Administrator recruitment

Our client is a multi-expert financial services company with offices spread across the globe. In the Asia Pacific region, it has offices in many of the major countries, including Japan, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the team in Singapore to perform the fund administration work for a major client in real estate services.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate client on-boarding of clients and JV partners
  • Perform KYC/AML
  • Liase with legal counsel, clients or investors
  • Prepare and provide all required information to stakeholders both internal and external
  • Maintain static data of investors
  • Perform in payment/cash reconciliation process
  • Ad-hoc administrative matter when required
